Sales calls recorded in VanillaSoft are seamlessly and automatically shared with Gong for detailed conversational analysis. From the VanillaSoft Audio Review page, callers and managers can quickly review calls for deal intelligence or training opportunities simply by clicking the Gong icon. This includes calls from VanillaSoft users who do not have a Gong account. 

Setup is as simple as typing in any email address associated with the Gong account. As each project in VanillaSoft can support a different configuration of connected Gong users, administrators can customize connected accounts as desired. Each project can be connected to a completely different Gong account, making it easy to support multiple clients.
