Vanillasoft Black Friday Demo Promotion

The Vanillasoft Black Friday Demo Promotion (“Promotion”) is a limited-time incentive program that rewards eligible participants (“Participants”) with a $50 gift card for booking and attending a qualifying Vanillasoft product demo during the promotion period. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

Vanillasoft may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Offer valid only for new prospects who:
• Have not been in active discussions with Vanillasoft in the past 12 months.
• Are not current customers, trial users, or under proposal.
• Participants must represent a qualified business in one of the following verticals: insurance, fundraising, appointment setting, higher education, professional services, banking & finance, media & communications, home improvement, hospitality, or travel.
• Participants must be located in Canada or the United States.
• Offer limited to one gift card per company.

To qualify for the $50 gift card: - Participant must book a live demo of Vanillasoft during the Black Friday promotional period: November 24, 2025 to November 28, 2025, and attend the demo no later than December 5, 2025. - Demo must be attended by a qualified decision-maker (e.g., VP, Director, or Manager level). - Demo must last at least 30 minutes. - Participant must provide valid contact information and consent to follow-up communications.

• Qualifying Participants will receive a digital gift card valued at $50 CAD or USD based on their country of residence.
• Gift cards will be delivered via email within 30 business days after the demo is completed and validated.
• Gift card provider (e.g., Amazon, Visa, etc.) is selected at Vanillasoft’s discretion and may vary.
• No cash alternatives or substitutions will be offered.

• Offer valid only during the promotional period and while supplies last.
• This Promotion may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or incentives.
• Vanillasoft reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether a participant qualifies for the Promotion.
• Any abuse or fraudulent behavior (e.g., fake bookings, no-shows) may result in disqualification.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to receive promotional rewards under their employer’s policies. Vanillasoft may request confirmation of approval and reserves the right to withhold rewards if such confirmation cannot be provided.

Participants must: - Provide accurate and truthful information. - Not misrepresent Vanillasoft or its products/services. - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Vanillasoft may prohibit participation or revoke eligibility for any suspected violation of these Terms.

Participation does not constitute any partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship. Participants act independently and have no authority to bind Vanillasoft.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. By participating, you release Vanillasoft and its employees, officers, and affiliates from any liability associated with the Promotion or reward.

THE PROMOTION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VANILLASOFT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Vanillasoft may terminate or modify the Promotion at any time. Rewards earned prior to such termination will be honored if eligibility requirements are met.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Vanillasoft regarding the Promotion. All decisions by Vanillasoft regarding interpretation and enforcement of these Terms are final.
