Greater VoIP Reliability

At the heart of the VoIP platform migration is a new, more resilient VoIP platform. There is no user or account level action needed to initiate or enable this migration.

User Star Code Changes

The only change you will notice is that new star codes are required to navigate your voicemail system after entering your password.

  • This migration is a seamless process and we anticipate no disruptions.
  • Your PIN/Password will not change.
  • Your current voicemail greetings, messages, and recorded names will be transferred automatically
  • There is nothing you need to do to prepare for or execute this change.
Heads Up Display (HUD)

Modern Look For Ease Of Use

The transition of our VoIP services will bring cosmetic updates and functional enhancements to the Vanillasoft Heads Up Display (HUD). This modernized, cleaner interface introduces new ways to view caller information, presence status, and account-level group views.

The management of external agents is now more efficient, and is complemented with distinct tabs for both internal and external agents.

Login Changes For Some Admins

Administrators who log in to the VoIP portal will be greeted with a new, updated interface.
