Eligibility:

  • The Tradeshow Prize Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to attendees of LeadsCon (the “Tradeshow”) who have their badge scanned at the VanillaSoft booth during the event. Each individual is limited to one entry.

Entry Requirement

  • To enter the Contest, attendees must have their LeadsCon badge scanned by a representative at the VanillaSoft booth

Prize

  • The prize for the Contest is one Yeti Tundra 65 Cooler. VanillaSoft reserves the right to change the prize for a similar product and model if availability of the Yeti Tundra 65 is unexpectedly unavailable.

Non-Exchangeable Prize:

  • The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other form of value.

Shipping:

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner’s address within the Continental United States and Canada. Shipping costs will be covered by VanillaSoft.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants. The odds of winning are variable and depend on the total number of entrants.

Notification of Winner:

  • The winner will be notified via email within 14 days after the end of the Tradeshow. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, another winner may be selected at VanillaSoft’s discretion.

Publicity:

  • By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry submission for promotional purposes related to the Contest and VanillaSoft’s marketing efforts.

Disqualification:

  • VanillaSoft reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

Modification or Termination:

  • VanillaSoft reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Governing Law:

  • The Contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada
