New email deliverability rules have recently come into play, and have changed the way that sales teams operate. But what exactly has changed?
When these updates were first announced late in 2023, explanations around the changes that were coming and how to prepare for them were vague. Added to that, the original details also changed a couple of times before they were implemented in late Q1 2024.
So what happened, what didn’t happen, and what do we need to do and know?
TEMPO host Ollie Whitfield is joined by David Kreiger from sales outsourcing firm SalesRoads, who has paid particularly close attention to how email as a channel is evolving in the sales world. And special guest Taylor Haren, email infrastructure expert from Sales Automation Systems, will also join in.
